Mattress was exactly what I needed, firm yet relaxing on my back. The guys that came over did an awesome job and were very professional. Love that I can set my back up or my knees up when needed. First night, 100%!

It is good but too high for me to climb up to the bed. The mattress I tried on in the JC Penny was 9 inches. When the mattress delivered is 12 inches. Is there anyway I can return this mattress and get a lower mattress?

10/23/2024, and am still evaluating within the 120-day trial. The mattress is well made, but is too soft for my back. A firmer product may be needed.

This mattress works alright for back sleepers, but for side sleepers it is way too firm. Sometimes during the night I'll roll over onto my side, and during the day I'll have all kinds of hip and knee pain. The memory foam layer included on this mattress does nothing. Should be labeled as an extra-firm, not firm.
